Sri. Manoj Arukandathil

The Department for Environment of the Central Government had enforced several norms and conditions which turned out to be detrimental to the soap small scale industry in Kerala.  Sri. Manoj Arukndathil, a small scale soap manufacturer & Youth wing state secretary of the Kerala Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi brought together other small scale soap manufacturers and they very strongly opposed the new law and submitted a petition in this cause to the governing authorities. An organisation to redress the grievances of the small scale soap manufacturers in Kerala was formed. Sri. Manoj Arukandathil, has been for the past 20 years he has been working as the State General Secretary of the Association.

Late Sri. C. Prabhakaran

Our founder president Late Sri. C. Prabhakaran was the President of KSSMA from 1990 to 2008. Under his able guidance, KSSMA developed into an organisation dedicated to the uplift of the small scale soap manufacturers of Kerala.
